Tommy rang me when he was on his way, he was polite, tidy and helpful. The service was to a very high standard and the hot tub looks like new. All in all in the two years since we took delivery of our tub from U.K. Hot Tubs the customer service from Simon and his Team has been brilliant. Would highly recommend

This company continues to provide first class service. We purchased from them 3 years ago and be it servicing or maintenance they are brilliant. Always do a great job and service is above and beyond. Had my hot tub delivered and commissioned earlier today. The team from UK Hot Tubs were both professional and diligent in everything they did. Front turning up on time to installing the hot tub in quite a confined space. Due to the current isolation of people from each other they kept away from the people in the household and wore PPE throughout. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

I have an account with UKHot Tubs that ensures i get my hot tub fully serviced and cleaned once a year. For the past few years including this year that service has been carried out by Tommy. Not only does he clean and service the tub to a high standard, he is also courteous, polite and basically an all round nice guy. UK Hot Tubs should be proud to have an employee like this working for them

Really pleased with the product and support from UK Hot Tubs. I purchased a Heat pump over a year ago which was installed on my Master Spa hot tub by UK Hot tubs. My heat pump has developed a couple of unexpected faults since I have owned it.. both times Simon @ UK Hot Tubs has been quick to respond with support and always resolved my issues quickly. Loving my Vian C5+ heat pump which keeps my electric bills low. 🙂

Simon, Avon and the whole UK Hot Tub Team did an absolutely outstanding job on the removal of our old/faulty Hot Tub and installation of our new replacement Hot Tub. We have had several companies and workmen carry out various jobs for us in the past but none compare to the quality, workmanship and dedication that UK Hot Tubs put into every aspect of their work before, during and after completion of the job. We were given a starter treatment pack as well as laminated instructions as to how to use and care for our new tub. We are absolutely delighted with our new hot tub as well as the quality Customer Service from the whole team. We feel confident knowing that we are in safe hands for years to come. 2nd tub we have bought from UK Hot tubs and they have always been superb . Delivered and installed like clockwork and after service brilliant . Always call you back or answer the phone if you have a query . Definitely buy your tub here !
